Parties
This sales agreement has been concluded between Voleza Furniture Mobilya ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the natural or legal person purchasing a product or service (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").
Order & Payment
Orders can be placed through the website, communication channels or direct sales process. Payments are accepted only by bank transfer/EFT. The order is processed after payment is received by us, and the production process is initiated after this stage. Orders for which payment has not been completed are not considered confirmed. Prices stated include VAT unless otherwise specified.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours before entering the production process and payment will be refunded. For customised products (colour, fabric, size changes, etc.), the right of cancellation expires from the start of production.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes arising from this agreement, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply and the courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction. As a consumer, you may apply to the Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts to exercise your legal rights.
