As our furniture is custom-made to order, delivery times may vary depending on the model, dimensions, material selection, customisation requests, and international shipping scheduling. Your order enters the production process after payment confirmation and is ready for shipment within an average of 4–8 weeks. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and logistics process. Exact delivery and shipment details will be shared by your customer representative after order confirmation.

Voleza Furniture offers delivery services throughout Turkey and internationally. Domestic shipments are carried out by professional transportation teams experienced in furniture logistics. For international shipments, the delivery process may vary depending on order content, delivery address, and logistics planning.

Delivery processes are planned according to the order content, delivery address, and logistics conditions. For domestic orders, installation service can be arranged upon request. For international deliveries, in cases where installation service is not directly included in the scope, support can be provided to our customers in planning the installation process.

Delivery fees are determined based on order content, number of items, delivery address, and logistics planning. For both domestic and international shipments, the shipping cost is calculated before the order and communicated to the customer separately. For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and country-specific additional logistics costs are also communicated separately.
